STWDL5000A温升大电流发生器
5000A温升大电流发生器适用范围:
适用于母线槽、断路器、电流互感器、变压器、开关柜、电缆接头、导轨及其它电器设备的温升试验和电流负载试验。
1.STWDL5000A温升大电流发生器功能特点:
1). 内置高配置工控机,进口15英寸真彩大液晶触摸屏操作,测试无需外接任何辅助设备,全自动控制,傻瓜式操作,快捷、简单、方便:
2). 带有自动稳流系统,配有USB、R485、R232多种接口,轻松外挂U盘、打印机等多种设备。可远距离传输远程控制端操作运行。
3).采用当前电力电子技术,进口高精度传感器,抗干扰能力强,输出精度高,zui高可达0.2级
4).只需设置好目标电流即可,无需人工监控,仅需设定测试电压、电流和步长,省去手动调压、人工记录、描绘曲线等烦琐劳动,减小劳动强度,提高工作效率。也可工作结束后把数据读到电脑上查看即可。
5). 设有电流、温度 zui低值和zui高值,具有超过限定值自动报警功能。具有可靠的过流、过压、过热及短路等各种自我保护功能。

温升电流源2.主要技术参数:
电源输入: AC 380/220V±10% 50Hz 。
◆ 长时间输出0~5000A电流。
电流值精度:0.2级。
◆ 即可三相平衡输出0―5000A交流大电流;即可三相同时输出也可每相单独输出。电流输出可多级任意设定组合并机输出。
◆ 出口电压:0-1V-2V-4V-6V-8V-10V-12V-24V自动选择组合.
◆ 各电流均可平滑平稳连续可调,精度0.2级;输出电流是标准正弦波,毛刺微小,优于电力系统要求指标标准,纹波系数小于3%。各相相交角度120度。
电流波形失真 THD 1% 设计标准远远高于国标《GB14048.2-14》。
